If you are unhappy in any way with any of your bath & body collection products or seasonal products such as honey and/or jam, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.  Customer satisfaction is very important to us!  We may refund or replace the items.

Our hatching egg sales are final, due to the time sensitive nature of eggs, and refunds cannot be issued.  Please see individual hatching egg listing descriptions for further information.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours from placing the order to be issued a full refund.  Handling time is within 24-72 hours.
